By accessing and using the Trivexapro platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations in the Argentine Republic. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Trivexapro is a real estate crowdlending platform that allows users to participate in collective investment opportunities in real estate development projects in Argentina. We connect investors with real estate project developers.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, be a resident of Argentina or meet the requirements for foreign investors, and provide truthful and up-to-date information.
4. Registration and Account
To access certain platform features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Investment Risks
All investments carry risks. Real estate crowdlending is not exempt from risks, including the possible loss of invested capital. Before investing, you should carefully consider your financial situation and investment objectives. We do not guarantee specific returns.
6. User Obligations
You agree to use the platform only for legal purposes, provide truthful and up-to-date information, not engage in fraudulent activities, not interfere with the operation of the platform, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trivexapro S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws and international treaties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trivexapro S.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, to the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon being published on the platform. Your continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires City.
